What does your hourly rate include?
​The hourly price will reflect the time shooting, editing, and the delivery of your photos. This includes a free custom website with unlimited downloads. If you want a higher picture resolution than what the website offers let me know so I can send you larger files! Travel costs are included separately.​
When can I expect my photos back?
| offer a FREE 24 hour sneak peak reveal and will always deliver all the photos back to you within 1 calendar week from the shoot date!
Do you have travel costs?
I am a Thousand Oaks local! This means that for a lot of my clients I drive to downtown Los Angeles or beyond. Travel is free within 20mi but anything beyond that has a $50/hr travel fee. This is to cover the cost of roundtrip gas, insurance, time, etc.
What happens if I'm LATE for my session?
Getting ready for your fancy photoshoot takes time, but don’t let that hold you up at home! The first 10 minutes of the session are free, but anything beyond that I charge $2/minute or it will cut into your shoot time. I recommend being a few minutes early in case you need a last minute hair fix or touchups!
How do you accept payment?
Payment should be made easy! Luckily I accept cash, check, venmo, credit card (with a 3.4% processing fee). Payment can be made before the photoshoot or directly after. The sooner you pay, the sooner you get the photos!
What happens if, after booking with you, you aren't able to cover the session/event?
If I cannot cover the event, I have a wide network of photographers that I can trust who can cover the events you have booked. The “secondary shooter” will take my place and costs will still be the same. If the “secondary shooter” does not meet your standards then a full refund will be issued.
How do I book you?
Fill out my contact form! This helps me get to know more about your project and that's where you can get my pricing sheet for your specific shoot. From there we might sign a contract but if we have been chatting for awhile and settle on a time/place, you have my word that I'll be there!
What are Touch Ups?
Touch Ups can be requested as an additional service to any session at $5/photo. It is commonly referred to as a “face-tune.”
Photo touch-ups can include improvements and enhancements such as (very common) acne/blemish removal, scar removal, stray hair removal, eye enhancement and teeth whitening. Skin softening can also be achieved.,
While we are going for an “organic look” to our sessions, touch ups are completely subjective. I only do touch ups to further enhance your desired look. Never any removal of key facial features (moles, freckles, etc). It is only meant to help you look more like you!
